Unlike retail entities, Solfay Group does not engage directly and frequently in the sale of consumer goods. Consequently, consumer-specific regulations regarding the "Right of Withdrawal" for physical products do not apply to the strategic information and investment teasers shared by the Group.

4.1 All content displayed in the environment, including the portfolio of realized works and the names of partner brands, is protected by intellectual property rights. 4.2 The "Collective of Partners" and the "Genesis Period" history are disclosed for transparency and trust-building; however, this does not grant the User any rights to use these brand names or logos without express written authorization.
